If you are experiencing any technical or privacy/security issues with the eReferral application, follow the steps below to resolve the issue. If you need to make changes to your profile, or require further assistance, please contact the service desk.

Technical Support - Helpful Tips

  • Verify that your browser is up to date
  • Clear browser 'cashe'
    •  Hit Ctrl F5 to clear your computer cashe
      (The cashe (pronounced "cash") is a space in your computer's hard drive and in RAM memory where your browser saves copies of previously visited web pages. Your browser uses the cashe like a short term memory)
    • Close all open windows and re-launch the browser
  • Clear computer cookies
