The Rapid Access Clinic (RAC) is a provincial program dedicated to help people with Musculoskeletal conditions.
The RAC for Shoulder Pain helps patients 18 and older living with shoulder pain and provides timely access to an assessment by an Advanced Practice Practitioner (Regulated Healthcare Professional with advanced training in orthopaedic care) within 2-4 weeks. RAC Shoulder referrals are currently being accepted at Halton Healthcare & Oak Valley Health wihtin the OH Central Region.

- Reason for Referral (indication of which side is affected)
- X-ray and ultrasound reports, completed within the last 12 months (MRIs are not accepted)
- Mandatory X-ray Views: AP (anterior posterior), transcapular lateral and axillary lateral views
